Many people have the tradition to make New Year's resolutions. This means that, at the beginning of a new year, they make a personal list of things they would like to do, change or pick up during the new year. It could also be about continuing good practices or accomplishing a personal goal.
Making New Year's Resolutions can be a great way to assess your development as a human being, and to help you build the life you want to have.
